Evidence-Based Learning That Creates Real Change
Our programs are designed to support meaningful, lasting skill development. They are grounded in research and structured learning practices that focus on real-world application rather than short-term interventions. Backed by a five-year research study with the Universities of Calgary, Saskatoon, and Regina, this work is internationally certified and regulated through the EAL Network. Designed by combining leading research on how humans learn with studies of wild horse behaviour, Equine-Assisted Learning supports observable growth in awareness, decision-making, and transferable life skills.
The difference? It’s not people doing the teaching, it’s the horses. Their honesty, presence, and connection create powerful experiences that helps our participants develop awareness of their responses and build the skills needed to make intentional changes.

Building Skills That Transfer (8 Weeks)
This structured 8-week program supports participants in developing and practicing life skills that translate directly into school, work, relationships, and daily life.

Using Equine Assisted Learning as the framework, participants engage in hands-on experiences that strengthen emotional regulation, communication, accountability, confidence, and decision-making. Each session builds on the last, allowing participants to practice new skills, reflect on real-world applications, and increase self-awareness over time.

The program is adaptable to the specific needs and goals of schools, school divisions, and community organizations, making it a strong complement to existing educational, behavioural, or support-based initiatives.

Sustained Growth & Skill Integration (12 Weeks)
This 12-week program is designed for organizations supporting individuals who benefit from consistency, repetition, and deeper skill integration.

Participants move beyond awareness into sustained application of life skills such as emotional regulation, leadership, trust-building, self-confidence, and accountability. Through consistent interaction with horses, participants receive immediate, honest feedback that supports insight, behaviour change, and personal responsibility.

The extended format allows for measurable growth, stronger relationships, and increased confidence while remaining flexible enough to align with organizational mandates, program goals, and participant needs.
